Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sweat at sweatbet.fun handles information when you browse, create an account, track bets, or connect fantasy leagues. Contact the Sweat operator at simondevbuilds87@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Information we handle

• Account information: your email address, account identifier, chosen username, and authentication records. Supabase provides account authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic identity information, which can include your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. Sweat does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, contacts, or Google Drive.
• Your saved activity: bet details you save, including picks, stakes, odds, results, and notes, plus connected league identifiers, teams, matchups, and cached statistics.
• Connection information: usernames, league details, and credentials or authorization tokens you supply for supported fantasy connections. Stored connection secrets are encrypted. Only connect accounts and leagues you are authorized to access.
• Technical and support information: requests, IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, authentication events, error records, and information you send us for support. Hosting and authentication providers may process these records to operate and protect the service.

Sweat's bet-slip text recognition runs in your browser. The screenshot itself is not uploaded to Sweat's server by this feature. Bet details you review and save are sent to the server and stored with your account. Check the extracted information before saving.

How information is used

We use information to sign you in, save and display your bets and leagues across devices, retrieve supported league data, calculate summaries, troubleshoot problems, respond to requests, and prevent abuse. Your personal board is restricted to your account through the app; authorized operators and service providers may access information when needed for support, security, and operation.

Providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts Sweat and stores application data; Supabase provides authentication and account profiles. Google handles Google sign-in when you select it. Connected fantasy providers receive requests needed to retrieve your league information. Sports data comes from third-party sources. Pages using Google Fonts send your browser's font requests to Google. These providers also process data under their own policies.

Sweat does not sell personal information or use Google account data for advertising. We share information as needed to deliver the features you request, operate the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and the service. We do not publish your saved bets or league credentials in the public demo.

Cookies and browser storage

Secure session cookies keep you signed in, and a temporary cookie protects Google sign-in. Blocking these cookies can prevent login. Browser storage may hold preferences or data from earlier versions; signing out does not necessarily clear that local data. You can clear it using your browser settings. Sweat currently does not include advertising trackers.

Retention, access, and deletion

Saved account information remains available while needed to provide your account and its features. You can delete individual bets and disconnect leagues in the app. For a copy of your information, corrections, or account deletion, email simondevbuilds87@gmail.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting. Deletion requests cover your Sweat account and associated stored application data; limited records may need to remain for security, legal obligations, or provider backup retention. Removing Google access alone does not delete your Sweat account.

You can also revoke Google access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Disconnecting a league in Sweat does not delete the original league or account with its provider.

Security and location

We use HTTPS, secure session cookies, account access controls, and encryption for stored connection secrets. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Age and changes

Sweat is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the date on this page. For material changes, we will provide an appropriate notice.
