These terms govern your use of Sweat at sweatbet.fun. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to simondevbuilds87@gmail.com.

What Sweat does

Sweat is a personal bet-tracking and fantasy-league dashboard. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, process gambling payments, or operate a sportsbook. Displayed balances and potential returns are tracking calculations, not money held by Sweat. Sweat does not provide financial advice or guarantee betting outcomes.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. Only connect accounts or leagues you have permission to access. You are responsible for your own wagering decisions and for complying with applicable laws and provider rules.

Your records and connected services

You retain your rights in the information you submit and authorize Sweat to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service. Do not submit someone else's private information without permission. Your use of Google, fantasy platforms, sportsbooks, and other providers is also governed by their terms. Names and logos identify the relevant services and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Check scores and calculations

Scores, league data, screenshot extraction, and automated bet results can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect. Data updates may be limited by provider availability and usage budgets. Review imported slips and calculated results. Your sportsbook's official settlement and your fantasy provider's official scoring govern the original wager or league; Sweat's display does not override them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user's records, bypass security or usage limits, abuse provider connections, distribute malicious content, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect users, or comply with law.

Availability and responsibility

Sweat is an evolving service. Features and integrations may change or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of important records. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Sweat's operator is not responsible for betting losses or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and ending use

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. You can stop using Sweat at any time and request account deletion by emailing simondevbuilds87@gmail.com from your account email. Disconnecting a provider or signing out does not by itself delete your saved account records.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Sweat changes. We will update the date here and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Contact simondevbuilds87@gmail.com with questions, issues, or requests.
